How to Compress Pictures :
If you send a picture via e-mail attachment, it would be much faster if it getting compressed first.
This is what you have to do :
Chose one of your photo and right click on it.
Point cursor on Open With and left click on Microsoft Office Picture Manager
Now you got one picture open with this program. If you want to compress more than one picture than you can hold down Ctrl + T button. You can see all thumbnails of your pictures of the folder
Hold down Ctrl + A button to block all of the picture
Right click on one of the picture, then left click on edit picture
Now on the right side of the pictures will appear toolbars to edit the pictures
We will left click on compress picture
The toolbar appear to change to compress picture setting.
There are four choices:
O don’t compress
O document,
O web page,
O e-mail message,
Remember, getting your picture into smaller size will reduce the quality
We suggest for you to click on the web page size
Then under the estimated total size you can see the original size and the after compress size
You can left click on the OK button
Then you can close the program by clicking on x on top right of screen
Windows will ask you whether you want to save the changes or not
click on save
Now it finish you got your pictures in smaller size and faster to send
